Our very first Pitch Night is here, specifically designed for early-stage builders in the creative industry. (under 12 months in). Forget polished five-year plans—we just want to hear what you’re working on. If you’ve got an idea and a deck, you’re ready.

Through our conversations with new founders they mentioned the difficulties in showcasing their new ideas in front of the right audience. To alleviate this, Afribond is collaborating with YAAD to host The Pitch Night in Kings Cross, London on Wednesday 30th September 2026.

We’ll be featuring and hearing from 5 new founders that have businesses that are 12 months old or less that are this time in the creative/media industry.

We are very excited to announce the official judging panelists of the Pitch Night: @virparminder, @tonyhyland , @fundhershipofficial and Marcus Gibbs. Each founder will pitch their business to our audience and panelists with the latter ultimately deciding the winner on the night.

We are thrilled to welcome our panel of experts—Parminder Vir OBE, Tony Hyland MBE, Nanna Soenya and Marcus Gibbs—who will be sharing actionable, real-world feedback with every pitcher.
